Our Story
Our Journey to Sobriety and Service
My Past:
I'm John and I'm an alcoholic. For most of my adult life alcohol was my closest companion. It led me down a dark path marked by despair, shattered relationships, and missed opportunities. But one day, I found the courage to seek help and embrace the fellowship of an anonymous 12-step program.
What Happened:
In the rooms of our anonymous 12-step program, I discovered a newfound sense of purpose and community. With the support of my fellow members, I embarked on the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions, finding solace and guidance along the way.
What It's Like Now:
Through my journey, I felt a deep desire to give back and carry the message of recovery to others in need. However, I cherished my anonymity and feared risking it. Determined to find a solution, a small group of us came together with a shared mission – to spread the message of recovery maintaining our anonymity and those that wear our products.

And so, 12StepTees was born. We poured our hearts and souls into creating designs that captured the essence of the Twelve Steps and Traditions, serving as personal reminders to practice the principles of the program in our daily lives.

Through the Seventh Tradition, we committed to donating 10% of all profits to local groups in need, including our home group.
